VISA SUPPORT

Navigating the Visa Process

Through our partnership with a U.S. Department of State-designated sponsor, we help educators navigate the J-1 visa process with confidence. From application requirements to arrival planning, our team provides guidance and support to ensure a smooth transition every step of the way.

Visa Processing

Once a candidate is successful, we will connect with our designated program sponsor to begin filing the visa paperwork to ensure its timely issuance.

Sponsorship

There are two options for sponsorship. International teachers can fund their own visa or schools can pay if they wish. This is at the discretion of each school and can be built into the contract.

Duration

Placements are established through annual agreements and may be renewed based on program requirements, school needs, and the ongoing success of the educator’s assignment.

Guarantee

Once a candidate accepts job offer, they will be on an Exchange Visitor Program with strict parameters that do not permit them to work for another school.
